Frequently asked questions

How does “My Sweet Tea Box” subscription work?

My Sweet Tea Box is a bi-monthly subscription box which ships to your door (or pick up at shop) every other month, starting in January 2024, meaning you will receive total of 6 boxes each year. (All odd months: January, March, May, July, September, November)

Your subscription will automatically renew to the credit card on file every 60 days from the date of purchase.

Each box will be carefully curated by Megan at Sweet Tea Living and all products with in each box will be exclusive only to subscription holders. We ship all boxes the second week of the month and it should take a few days for it to arrive on your front porch depending on where you live and any shipping delays.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can cancel or pause your subscription at anytime provided that you give us AT LEAST 30 DAYS warning prior the first of the month of the upcoming box (for example: if the upcoming box is May 1st, you must cancel or pause your subscription by April 1st). To cancel or pause your subscription, just email us at [email protected] with the subject line CANCEL.

Failure to notify us will result in another charge with your subscription.

What's your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. You will not be able to return or exchange any items located within the subscription box.

Each box is chosen carefully from our favorite things, and we believe you will love them. If an item does not fit what you need, please consider gifting it to a friend or family member to enjoy!

The only exception would be if your subscription box is either lost in the mail or damaged in transit. We would then mail you a replacement box.

IF I LIVE OUT OF TOWN, CAN “MY SWEET TEA BOX” BE SHIPPED?

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. We charge a flat $9.95 shipping rate for all of our boxes and we use FedEx as our shipping carrier.

If you live in the Boise, Idaho area, we have an option where you can pick up your subscription box at our brick and mortar shop for FREE. We are located at 99 E State Street, Eagle, ID 83616. To choose this option, just click the "Get Your Box Now – Pick Up At Shop" button on this page.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

We will do our best to package each item with care in your box! If something comes damaged, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, a picture of the damaged item and the shipping box, and a description of what is wrong and we will work to make it right. If we have the same item still available in our backstock, we'll send a replacement right away. If not, we'll issue you a refund for the broken item!
